MB Industries provides website development, software engineering, hardware prototyping, and related consulting services. All services are delivered on a project-by-project basis as agreed in writing.
Each project is governed by a separate agreement that outlines scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms. In the absence of a signed agreement, these general terms apply.
Payment terms are specified in each project agreement. Invoices are due within 30 days unless otherwise stated. Late payments may incur additional charges.
Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for the delivered work are transferred to the client. MB Industries retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio.
MB Industries is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project.
